Returns & Refunds

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. KineThera is not responsible for delays, carrier errors, stolen packages after delivery, or delivery issues outside of our control.

Customers agree to contact KineThera customer support prior to initiating a chargeback where possible.
Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or disputes submitted without attempting resolution may result in account restrictions.
KineThera reserves the right to submit order records, delivery confirmation, subscription logs, and communication history to payment processors and banks when disputing chargebacks.
