Subscription, Cancellation & Renewal Policy
Subscription Overview
When you purchase a subscription product from KineThera, you are enrolling in a recurring order program.
- Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days from the original order date
- Billing occurs at midnight (local time based on your order region) on the renewal date
- Your payment method on file will be charged automatically unless you cancel, pause, or skip before renewal
By completing checkout, you authorize KineThera to charge your payment method for recurring subscription orders in accordance with this policy.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account at

and selecting Manage Subscription - Or by contacting our support team at sara@trykinethera.com
From your account portal, you can:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause upcoming orders
- Skip a scheduled shipment
- Update billing or shipping details
Cancellation Policy
Subscription Orders
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date
- Cancellations apply to future renewals only
- Once a subscription renewal has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded
To avoid being charged, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date shown in your account.
One-Time Purchases
- One-time orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order
- After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be changed or canceled
Refund Policy for Subscriptions
We do not offer refunds for:
- Subscription renewals that have already been processed
- Orders that have already shipped
Refunds are not issued for failure to cancel prior to renewal.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team before contacting your bank so we can review and assist.
Shipping & Subscription Fulfilment
- Â Subscription orders ship automatically after each successful renewal
- Shipping timelines are the same as standard orders and are outlined in our Shipping Policy
Once a subscription order has shipped:
- It is considered fulfilled
- It is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Subscription cancellations are completed before renewal
- Billing details remain up to date
- Shipping address is accurate prior to each renewal
KineThera is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or outdated customer information.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Filing a chargeback for a subscription renewal that was authorized at checkout and not canceled prior to renewal may be considered a violation of this policy.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly so we can assist before a dispute is filed.
