At KineThera, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we maintain strict policies to protect customer safety, product integrity, and fairness for all customers.

30-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Customers Only)

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first-ever KineThera order only.

If you are not satisfied, you must contact us within 30 days of confirmed delivery at sara@trykinethera.com.

Eligibility requirements:

  • First order only (one-time use per customer, household, or address)
  • Limited to one (1) unit
  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

This guarantee does NOT apply to:

  • Subscription renewals
  • Multi-packs or bundles
  • Repeat purchases
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Orders outside the 30-day window

14-Day Return or Replacement Policy (Unopened Products Only)

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery if the item meets all conditions below:

Eligible returns must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original, sealed packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Approved by customer support before return
  • Returned with a valid tracking number
  • Sent to the warehouse address provided by our team

Returns sent without approval or tracking will not be refunded.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact sara@trykinethera.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

If verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used consumables
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Subscription renewal orders
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or promotional items
  • Items not purchased directly from trykinethera.com
  • Unauthorized returns
  • Returns sent to the wrong address

 

Order Cancellation

One-Time Purchases

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

Subscription Orders & Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days using the payment method on file.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize KineThera to charge your payment method for each renewal unless cancelled in advance.

Important subscription terms:

  • Renewal charges cannot be refunded once processed
  • Cancellations apply only to future billing cycles
  • Renewal reminders are sent in advance
  • Customers have full self-service access at all times

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed KineThera error (wrong item, verified defect, or shipping damage).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times vary by bank
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Unauthorized returns
    • Items returned to the wrong address
    • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.

KineThera is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked delivered but not received
  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect

We can assist with carrier investigations, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

 

How to Start a Return or Guarantee Claim

Email sara@trykinethera.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for request

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct warehouse address.
