Shipping policy

At KineThera, we aim to process and ship all orders quickly and accurately. Please review the information below to understand our processing times, shipping expectations, and delivery responsibilities.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed.

Once processing has begun (which occurs after the 1-hour cancellation window):

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled
  • Orders are no longer eligible for refunds until delivered and assessed under our Refund Policy

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • United Kingdom
  • New Zealand
  • Select international destinations

If your country is available at checkout, we are able to ship to you.

Shipping Times

Delivery timelines begin after order processing and are estimates only.

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

Canada / UK / Australia:

  • International Standard: 7–15 business days

Other International Locations:

  • 10–20 business days

Shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak demand periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered. Any such promotion will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch. Tracking information is provided directly by the carrier and may update intermittently.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local government.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price
  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees
  • KineThera is not responsible for customs delays or fees

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, no refund will be issued.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

KineThera is not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect

If a package is returned to us:

  • Reshipping may be offered at the customer’s expense
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

Delivered but Not Received

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

KineThera is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked delivered but not received
  • Packages stolen after delivery
  • Delivery issues caused by unsecured delivery locations

We can assist with filing a carrier investigation upon request, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for orders marked delivered.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • High order volumes or peak sale periods

KineThera is not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.

 

Subscription Shipments

All subscription orders ship automatically according to the subscription renewal cycle (every 30 days, unless modified).

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and payment details are accurate before renewal.

Changes made after a subscription renewal has processed will apply to the next billing cycle.
